Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, September 13th, 7:00 PM

7:07pm:  Meeting called to order

1. Intro
-President, officers and members each introduced themselves
- Elections at end of meeting

2. Constitution Committee
- Need to rewrite constitution.
- Chris Newman will be Chairperson of the committee
- Members of committee are: Joe Latuscha, Seth Barden and Scott Hall
- Members will discuss time for meeting at a later date

3. Computer Expo ( Jeremy Flagg presented the information and answered 
questions)
- Date of Expo - Oct. 28, 10 - 4
- Spoke with Facilities Mngt. about rooms and space
- Jeremy will speak with Mal in Computer Lab about establishing Internet 
connection for Apple
- Discussed pros and cons of current debate topics.  Jeremy will be 
speaking with Al Bersbach before further deciding on a topic
- Companies must provide their own lunch and will let them know ahead of 
time
- Companies and presenters will be signing contracts of commitment to the 
expo:
	PCS
	APPLE
	Tiffany Maiuri
	Gail Lange (not definite)
	Russel Rainville
	Kind Internet Services
	Mesda
- Will be contacting Fairchild and Comtel
- Will form a committee to plan the details of the expo
- Received $400 from Apple computer, possibly $200 from Maine West

4. Other Business
- Fundraising
	-> Computer Cleaning
	-> Bottle Drive (Halloween, St. Patrick's Day)
 	-> Sell T-shirts
- Robotics
	-> Need ideas to spend $500
-Presentation for a Club Fair Day
	-> Jeremy will do Power Point
	-> Need projector, screen and outlet

Election
- Nominations
	-> Jeremy Flagg nominated Chris Newman for Tresaurer, Jami 	    Holmes 
seconds
	-> Scott Hall Nominates Jeremy Flagg for Vice President, 	    Jami Holmes 
seconds
	-> Chris Newman nominates Scott Hall for VP, Joe Latuscha 	    seconds

- Treasurer - Chris Newman unanimously wins
- Vice President:  Jeremy - 3, Scott - 2

- Chris Newman motions to adjourn the meeting, approved at 8:03pm
