Minutes 09-27-00

Called to order 7:05 pm

I. Reports
	A. President - Seth
		- Welcomed members
	B. Vice President / Expo Director
		- Will speak about Expo when it comes up on the 		  Agenda
	C.  Secretary - scheduled absent
	D.  Treasurer - read 9/20/00  minutes

II. Computer Expo
	A. General Update - Jeremy
		- Need to contact APO about getting man power
		- Need to contact Coke for banner donations
		- Will be holding meeting 10/2/00 to talk about 		  space partitioning 
for Vendors, talks, etc.
		- Josh will be doing the Gaming Network
			- Need computers
	B. Advertising Update
		- Will be contacting 8-10 radio stations
		- Will be contacting a few TV stations
		- Newspapers are too expensive to advertise with
		- Left a message with channel 16, but haven't seen 		  the ad run yet.  
Will call again.

III. Computer Gaming
	A. New Gaming Coordinator Officer
		-Motion to elect Josh Glavin for new officer position
		- Seconded
		- Yea vote Unanimous
	- Many people are interested in the Gaming subsection
	- Will wait until after figuring out "politics" before actually 	  
letting people know about the subsection
	- Need to get legal software to use, maybe half-life

IV. Other business
	-Jami and Seth will decorate the bulletin board.
	- Need to rewrite budget to accommodate Gaming section.
		- Maybe allocate Robotics money to Gaming Club
	- Scott motions making it into a web server for the computer Club. Gail 
would like to combine it as a server for Ricker also.
