I. Reports
	A. President		- Welcomed newcomers
	B. Secretary		- asked if everyone would please speak in an orderly 
fashion.
	C. Treasurer		- excused absence due to an interview with IBM.
	D. Vice President		- he will be speaking later on the Computer Expo.
	E. Gaming Coordinator	- un-excused absence

II. Computer Gaming
	A. Needs:
	       1.  List of Games to choose from to purchase
		- Starcraft
		- Unreal
		- Quak 3
		- Diablo 2
		- WarCraft 3
		- Mech Warrior 4
	       2. Other
		- Headsets
	B. Funding
		- $500 dollars allocated to Robotics is not being used
		- May allocate it to Gaming sub - club
	C. Gaming Lab @ Expo
	       1. Who?
		- Josh said he, Roy and Eric will definitely be there to run the lab
	
	       2. Need to bring:
		- Computers!
		- Software / licenses
		- Hub


III. Computer Expo
	A. Money:
	      	- Currently have $700 in donations from companies
		- Will be getting $50 more
	B. Man Power
		- All officers will be present
		- Have contacted APO, need to have a briefing with possible workers
		- Ross and Leland will be there also
		- More people, See II.C.1
	C. Advertising
		- Waiting to hear from UMO
		- Freepress @ USM only publishes one edition a semester, will not be 
appropriate for our		  needs
		- Waiting for Radiostation / newspaper in Orono
	D. Door Prizes
		- See list from Jeremy
		- Spent $43.33 @ Staples
		- T-shirts
		- Free Computer Cleaning
		- Drawing will be held at 2:00 before Apple's second presentation
		- Need dbl. ticket roll
	E. Banners
		- Motion to buy two more banners from coke @ $15 each saying the same as 
the first		  detailed banner.  (See 10/11 minutes)
		- Motion granted
	F. Spending
		- Will be buying canned air is $8.09 a can for 5 or more.
		- After the Expo, the money needs to be spent wisely.
		         -Possibilities:	
			-  teach a class on Web designing or some computer topic
			-  buy a laptop for portable presentations
IV. Other Business
	A. Purchases
		- Seth gave a list of purchases:
			- dbl roll of tickets
			- canned air
			- 10/100 hub
			- speakers
			- balloons
				approved
	B. Supplies for Computer Cleaning:
		- Scott will bring keyboard and mouse
		- Seth will bring Mac monitor, keyboard, and mouse
