Meeting called to order 3:45

I. Reports


A. President - announcement - This is the last meeting before the Expo, it 
will mainly                                                    consist of 
last minute details.
  	B. Vice President - See Expo

	C. Secretary - no comment
	D. Treasurer - will give us an update of our financial status next week. 

II. Computer Expo
	- Posters were put up around Merrill Hall and Roberts Learning Ctr.
	- $96 have been approved for an ad to be run in the Maine Campus Wed and 
Fri
	- An updated schedule was passed out (see Jeremy for a copy)
		- changes to be made:
			- Maine West to rm 101
			- Leon to 11:00 am
	- Gaming Lab
		- Mech Warrior with licenses, it can run on any computer
	- Friday afternoon Jeremy will be gone.  Things to do:
		- Get 5 video cameras from Media Center
		- Get projectors
		- Get A-frames, make posters
            - Need phone line for Maine West
	- Next year, will charge vendors for internet connection
	- Job assignments
