Minutes 4/5/01

Meeting called to order at 6:30

Members: Seth, Jeremy (by teleconference), Kat, Sara, Will, Ryan, Kayla, 
Matt, Jen, Meg and other Seth. 

President called meeting to order, reviewed last week's minutes.

Past week's activities:
-bought new markers
-morgana (the computer) is still not on line

Expo
-discussed forming an active committee over the summer.
-100% vote that everyone would participate in some way over the summer
-reserve date October 27?
-apple, mesda, IBM contact people
	-Seth will round up the contact names

Web cam
-the new web cam purchased from Jen works!
-Seth would check into putting it online for meetings and activities

Couches
-couches were offered by Scott from the old lab 
-unanimous vote to take 1 or 2

Senate community member committee
-Kat will talk to Senate

Spring Social ideas
-ice cream?
-unanimous vote for Gifford's 

Mainestream's equipment
-offered $125 
	-Kathleen said the monitor did not work
	-Seth confirmed that
-change the offer to include the scanner
	-unanimous vote 
	-Seth will ask Kathleen this week
-Seth and Matt lost this week's dart challenge :0(
