The Bob Miller Scholarship
~In Memory of Bob Miller~
The Bob Miller scholarship was created in memory of Bob Miller, the late husband of Dr. Allison Hepler. Dr. Hepler is an assistant professor of history at the University of Maine at Farmington and an advisor of the UMF History Society. Dr. Hepler has given the members of the UMF community a great deal over the past years and she has inspired many.
This scholarship is the only “on campus” scholarship that is not funded through the university. The members and advisors of the UMF History Society sponsor this scholarship. The scholarship is funded through the students of the university and private donations. The Bob Miller Scholarship committee awards a $200 gift to one student each year who is studying in the fields of history or secondary education social sciences.
Applications can be obtained from any history professor.

Requirements Include: *Currently a UMF student *Enrollment in the one of the following majors:
History or Secondary Education/ Social Sciences
*GPA of 3.0 or better *Name and phone number of two faculty references
